ZEE is hiring for Head of Global Content. Preferred candidate should be based out in the UK, having worked in their content ecosystem but of Indian origin.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of strategic global projects across content, platforms, distribution, and partnerships.
- Drive international market entry initiatives, including feasibility, execution, and localization.
- Lead international content projects such as co-productions, adaptations, and global originals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across content, legal, finance, technology, and marketing.
- Manage global partners, studios, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Track project governance, timelines, budgets, risks, and ROI.
- Present progress, insights, and outcomes to executive leadership and board.
Key Skills & Capabilities:
- Strong strategic thinking with execution excellence.
- Expertise in managing multi-country, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Deep understanding of the media & entertainment ecosystem (TV, OTT, digital, studios).
- High cultural sensitivity and global stakeholder management skills.
- Strong financial, negotiation, and communication capabilities.
