Role Purpose: Own and drive high-impact global initiatives with a strong content-first lens across international markets. This role is responsible for shaping, executing, and scaling global content projects—including originals, co-productions and market prioritisation—aligned to the company’s global growth and storytelling ambitions. Serve as the single-point owner for cross-border execution, bringing together creative vision, commercial acumen, and operational rigor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of international content initiatives, including global originals, co-productions, adaptations, and format localization.
  • Partner with creative, commissioning, and programming teams to shape globally resonant yet locally authentic content strategies.
  • Evaluate content opportunities through a creative, cultural, and commercial lens, driving greenlight decisions and prioritization.
  • Develop scalable content models that travel across markets and platforms.
  • Lead international market entry and expansion initiatives, covering market assessment, content relevance, localization strategy, and execution.
  • Translate global vision into actionable roadmaps with clearly defined milestones, KPIs, and outcomes.
  • Build and manage relationships with global and local studios, producers, distributors, platforms, and strategic partners.
  • Drive co-production and partnership negotiations in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
  • Identify new creative and commercial partnership opportunities to extend content reach, life cycle, and monetization.
