Think smart design, social spaces and a bold team who bring the energy 24/7. We’re looking for a confident and capable Night Manager to lead our overnight operations. You’ll ensure our guests get the same vibrant Moxy experience at midnight as they would do at midday. From managing check-ins to handling emergencies, you’ll be the go-to person.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Take charge of the hotel during the night hours, acting as the senior leader on duty
  • Deliver warm, professional and efficient service to late arrivals and night owls
  • Supervise the night teams
  • Conduct nightly audits, reconcile reports and ensure all systems are up to date
  • Respond swiftly to guest concerns and safety incidents with a calm, can-do attitude
  • Maintain a secure, welcoming and on-brand atmosphere through the night
  • Maximise room occupancy at best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
  • Conduct Health and Safety Checks and Night Walks and maintain a good status awareness of all hotel areas

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in hotel front office or night operations (supervisory experience essential)
  • A self-starter with strong decision making and leadership skills
  • Warm, engaging communication and guest service mindset
  • Experience with PMS systems (Opera experience preferred)
  • Reliable, flexible and able to work nights and weekends.
