We’re looking for a friendly and energetic Luggage Porter to join the opening team at Europe’s largest Moxy Hotel. If you love meeting people from around the world and making great first impressions, this is the role for you.
The Role
As a Luggage Porter, you’re one of the first faces guests see—and one of the most important. You’ll welcome guests with warmth, assist with luggage, and help create a smooth, stylish arrival and departure experience. You’ll also support the front-of-house team with general guest service and lobby duties.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests and assist with luggage on arrival and departure
- Provide local knowledge and directions with confidence and charm
- Keep the lobby clean, organised, and welcoming
- Support the front desk and crew with guest requests
- Ensure a fun, upbeat atmosphere that reflects the Moxy vibe
What We’re Looking For
- A natural people person with great energy and communication skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
- Physically fit and able to handle luggage safely
