Night Guest Service Agent – Zedwell Capsule Hotel
We are looking for Night Guest Service Agents to join the team at Zedwell Capsule Hotel.
You will welcome guests arriving overnight, assist with check-in and check-out, answer questions and help guests settle into their capsules. You will support guests throughout the night and provide friendly, professional service at all times.
We are looking for confident, approachable and reliable people with good communication skills and a calm approach to handling guest queries. You should enjoy working with others and be comfortable working night shifts.
Previous hotel or night shift experience is helpful, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are just as important.
