We are looking for a reliable and practical Handyman to support the day-to-day maintenance of our hotels and commercial properties. The role includes general repairs, basic plumbing, minor electrical work, painting, decorating, and routine Health & Safety checks.
Flexibility is required, including occasional weekends and emergency call-outs.
Main Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance and repairs.
- Complete basic plumbing and minor electrical tasks.
- Carry out painting, decorating, basic carpentry, and fixture repairs.
- Support routine Health & Safety and HVAC checks.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and keep work areas safe and tidy.
Person Specification
- Previous handyman or maintenance experience preferred.
- Good practical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic Health & Safety knowledge.
- Trade qualification desirable but not essential.
