An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate Night Host - Guest Service Agent to be part of the Front of House Team at Zedwell Hotel, located in Greenwich. With six hotels currently in our portfolio, all located in London’s bustling West End, we’re looking for an experienced, vibrant, and energetic Host to join our team.

What you will be doing:

  • You will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure our guests receive a heartwarming welcome.
  • You will also coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations, and guests’ services.
  • As a Host, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to deal efficiently with complaints and have a solid customer service approach.
