We are inviting applications from skilled and experienced Electronic Systems Engineers with leadership experience. Using your strong background in digital, analogue electronics and embedded software development you will be leading the design, integration, and validation of complex electronic systems.

The ideal candidate will have a systems-level mindset and hands-on experience working across the entire development lifecycle from requirements capture through to design, prototyping, testing, and production support. They will be a proven people manager with a passion for mentoring and developing their team.

  • Lead development team in system-level design and architecture of embedded electronic products integrating digital, analogue, and software components.
  • Develop detailed system specifications, requirements, and interface definitions in collaboration with hardware and software teams.
  • Design, simulate, and verify digital and analogue circuits for performance, reliability, and compliance.
  • Develop and debug embedded software/firmware in C/C++ for microcontrollers and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
  • Integrate hardware and software subsystems, ensuring optimal performance and system-level functionality.
  • Participate in DFMEA, design reviews, and regulatory compliance (EMC, safety standards).
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (mechanical, manufacturing, quality) to transition designs into production.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.
  • Define and implement product validation and verification plans to ensure designs meet performance, safety, and reliability requirements.
  • Develop test procedures, test cases, and validation tools for functional, environmental, and compliance testing.
  • Conduct system-level validation, including hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing, end-of-line testing, and field trials.
  • Support root cause analysis and resolution of issues uncovered during validation or in-field use.
  • Collaborate with QA and compliance teams to ensure alignment with relevant regulatory standards and certification processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including validation reports and traceability matrices.
  • Plan, schedule and assign tasks
  • Mentor and develop team of hardware and firmware development engineers

Ideally, you will possess a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field as well as circa 5-10 years of relevant industry experience in a systems engineering role. Candidates with relevant career experience will also be considered.
