As a Senior Technology Trainer at ZEDRA, you will lead the design and delivery of innovative training programs that empower employees to make the most of our core business systems. You will drive user adoption, support change management across projects, and mentor other trainers to ensure consistent, high-quality learning experiences. This role is key to enabling operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role will require occasional travel to support training needs across the business.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead and manage the organisation's technology training program, ensuring it supports business needs and strategic goals.
- Regularly assess and refine existing training provision, identifying gaps and shaping the future direction of technology learning.
- Design and implement innovative initiatives that drive user adoption and strengthen proficiency across core applications and platforms.
- Deliver impactful training sessions both in person and virtually tailored to diverse audiences and aligned with ongoing projects.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to embed training into delivery plans, supporting smooth change management and successful adoption.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to other trainers, fostering professional growth and ensuring consistency in training standards.
Knowledge and Experience
- Proven experience in designing and delivering technology training programs with successful outcomes in a multinational corporate environment (5 years+).
- Experience of Quantios NavOne, LaserFiche or PAXUS would be an advantage.
- Degree in IT, Education, Business, or equivalent, certifications in technology training.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Skilled in creating high-quality training materials (guides, presentations, e-learning, videos).
- Experience delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions, adapting to audience needs.
- Ability to develop engaging content for different learning styles and business requirements.
- Skilled in evaluating training effectiveness and improving programs based on feedback.
- Proficient with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training platforms.
- Up-to-date knowledge of technology trends, systems, and applications.
- Experience mentoring junior trainers and promoting continuous learning.
- Professional qualifications in instructional design or technology training are desirable.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple initiatives under pressure.
- Strong communication skills in English essential, other spoken languages would be advantageous.
