We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Funds team. We are happy to consider candidates at either Funds Administrator or Senior Funds Administrator level, depending on experience.
You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service across a portfolio of fund structures, working closely with clients, investors, and colleagues. This is a varied role offering exposure to fund administration, investor onboarding, accounting and NAV production, capital activity, regulatory reporting, and company secretarial matters.

Key Accountabilities
- Administer a portfolio of fund structures and related entities.
- Deliver excellent service to clients, investors, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as a day-to-day point of contact.
- Complete client and investor due diligence (CDD) and ongoing reviews.
- Process investor transactions, transfer agency activities, and capital events.
- Maintain fund bookkeeping records and assist with NAV production.
- Manage capital calls, distributions, and payment processing.
- Prepare board minutes, statutory records, and corporate filings.
- Ensure regulatory, client, and reporting deadlines are met.
- Maintain fund data within core administration systems.
- Support regulatory reporting and compliance requirements.
- Identify and escalation risk issues in line with policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the Funds team.
Knowledge & Experience
- Previous experience in fund administration, with a good understanding of fund structures and day-to-day administration activities.
- Experience delivering high-quality client service and managing competing priorities effectively.
- Strong understanding of fund administration principles, including investor servicing, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
- Awareness of industry developments and key issues affecting fund clients and structures.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Collaborative and inclusive team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team.
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering excellent client outcomes.
- Fully or partly qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CGI/ICSA, or a similar professional qualification is desirable.
