We are looking for a motivated Trainee (Graduate) to join ZEDRA and gain hands-on experience supporting the onboarding and administration of Trust, Escrow, and Paying Agent structures across a diverse client portfolio. Through structured training and on-the-job learning, you will quickly develop your expertise and take on increasing responsibility, progressing to managing more complex cases over time. Key Accountabilities

  • Prompt and efficient administration of a casebook of Trust, Escrow, and Paying Agent cases to ensure high-quality client service, accurate reporting, tax compliance, and effective risk management.
  • Demonstrate excellent client relationship and communication skills when liaising with clients, intermediaries, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Attend face-to-face meetings with clients and third parties where required.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team and proactively identify and implement business initiatives to improve processes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Graduate entry role – a law-related degree is preferred; however, candidates with other relevant degrees will also be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Key Skills:
  • Self-driven, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
  • Strong administration and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
