At ZEDRA, the Corporate Officer will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, taking direct administrative responsibility for a complex range of companies. The role is focused on delivering first-class service and building strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and other key stakeholders. You will develop a solid understanding of the Corporate Secretary function, ensuring that clients meet all statutory and regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of corporate governance. In addition, you may support the Board of Directors by providing effective administrative assistance to help them meet their obligations.
Key Accountabilities
- Client & Portfolio Management
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of statutory records.
- Ensure timely filings and compliance requirements are met.
- Deliver high-quality day-to-day company secretarial and administrative support.
- Board Support & Governance
- Coordinate board processes, including preparing agendas and board papers.
- Draft minutes and resolutions.
- Support follow-up actions to ensure strong corporate governance.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Demonstrate excellent client relationship and communication skills.
- Communicate effectively with intermediaries, clients, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
- Support smooth execution of responsibilities through clear and professional interaction.

Skills and Qualifications
- Relevant experience in corporate administration, company secretarial, governance, or legal entity management is required.
