We're looking for a Group Procurement Manager to be responsible for shaping and delivering procurement strategy across the Group, with particular accountability for IT and Professional Services categories. This role ensures value for money, drives category strategy, strengthens supplier performance, and mitigates commercial and supply chain risk. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will support ZEDRA’s procurement transformation by embedding best‑practice sourcing, commercial governance, supplier management, and ESG‑aligned procurement outcomes.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide professional procurement leadership and advice across Group spend, with a primary focus on IT and Professional Services.
- Lead category strategy development aligned to business priorities and the wider procurement transformation roadmap.
- Deliver sustainable and tangible commercial value/savings through strategic sourcing, contract optimisation, and supplier relationship management.
- Act as a trusted business partner to senior operational and functional leaders.
- Strengthen supplier governance, performance management, and risk mitigation across accountable categories.
- Support the development of procurement capability, tools, metrics, and governance across the Group.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Essential
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a procurement or commercial role, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment.
- Strong experience managing strategic sourcing and supplier relationships.
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation capability.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across the organisation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Desirable
- Experience supporting procurement transformation or change programmes.
- Knowledge of procurement technology and spend analytics.
- Exposure to supplier diversity and ESG ‑aligned sourcing strategies.
