As a Marketing Manager at ZEDRA, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, working closely with the Group Head of Digital Marketing. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful initiatives across social and web channels, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and manage multiple exciting projects in a fast‑paced environment.

You’ll take ownership of the full event marketing cycle, from pre‑event promotion to post‑event follow‑ups and performance tracking, ensuring every campaign is engaging, seamless, and aligned with our business goals.
Responsibilities- Lead overall event coordination with internal teams and external partners, proactively horizon scanning for opportunities to attend and sponsor market leading events.
- Plan, promote, and manage pre-event marketing to maximise attendance and engagement.
- Execute on-the-day event management for both in-person and virtual events to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee post-event follow-up and data management, ensuring leads and insights are properly captured and actioned.
- Track event performance by defining and reporting on key KPIs and ROI.
- Manage and report on events related data including guest information and suppliers.
- Manage social media campaigns to promote events, thought leadership, and brand engagement.
- Data Management to support broader marketing efforts including managing both large and small datasets.
- Update and optimise website content and event landing pages working with the wider Marketing & CX team to ensure event registration pages, writeups and other pages are compelling and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to create marketing assets that align with event promotions and brand messaging.
- 5+ years’ experience in a generalist marketing role with event management experience.
- Strong event planning and coordination skills with experience managing in-person and virtual events.
- Experience running pre-event, live-event, and post-event marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of social media, web content management, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong ability to track and analyse event performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and English proficiency.
