We’re searching for a highly capable, client‑focused professional who can independently manage sophisticated portfolios, drive onboarding excellence, and build strong relationships with clients and global service providers. In this role, you will be the central link between clients, local offices and service providers across multiple jurisdictions ensuring seamless project delivery, flawless compliance tracking, and outstanding client experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Host client scoping calls and manage proposals for a mixture of standard and complex jurisdictional portfolios.
  • Conduct detailed fee analysis for new proposals, ensuring accurate pipeline management and system updates (e.g., Monday.com).
  • Act as the main point of contact for an allocated client portfolio throughout the proposal and establishment phases.
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new clients, gathering documentation, liaising with LSPs, and ensuring all systems are set up timely.
  • Independently prepare project plans, checklists, and manage projects, escalating to management only when necessary.
  • Prepare and submit annual compliance timetables to the Manager for review.
  • Review LSP Letters of Engagement (LOEs) for accuracy, fees, and terms, and analyse fees to maximise ZEDRA margin.
  • Conduct proactive quarterly care calls with key LSPs, including minute-taking and follow-up on issue resolution.
  • Assist with the review of LSP due diligence documentation for onboarding new service providers.
  • Assist with the preparation and execution of Master Service Agreements (MSA) with new service providers and Global Framework Agreements (GFA) with clients, obtaining all required documentation needed and arranging sign-off.
  • Arrange updates of MSA’s and GFA’s with LSPs and clients as required by the business.
  • Leverage ZEDRA’s software platform to monitor all ongoing filings, ensuring timely completion ahead of statutory deadlines.
  • Manage ad-hoc changes for clients during the setup phase, suggesting potential solutions and escalating larger issues.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior members of the team, assisting with coordination tracking and suggesting solutions.
  • Escalate issues regarding junior members’ development, training, and performance to the Manager.
  • Act as a role model for the ZEDRA brand through exemplary personal behaviour and attitude.
  • Oversee consolidated billing activities while offering hands‑on support to junior team members.
  • Manage Work-In-Progress (WIP) and billing control for assigned clients, understanding client contracts and scope.
  • Enter bills, write-offs, and carry-forwards in NAV and update the billing spreadsheet.
  • Pull WIP exports from NAV to set up billing workbooks and assist with billing reporting and reconciliations.
  • Approve LSP invoices for assigned clients, querying discrepancies as needed.
  • Support the annual update of LSP fees for Manager approval.
  • Identify and suggest enhancements to existing setup and compliance routines to improve efficiency.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects, ensuring timely delivery and identifying opportunities to win new work.
  • Gather information for ZEDRA AML reviews and identify opportunities to improve internal processes/operations.
  • Document step-by-step guides for in-country setup procedures.
  • Assist with ongoing development of software to be utilised for secure document exchange between LSPs and clients and ongoing task tracking.

Knowledge & Experience – Core Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in client onboarding, compliance coordination or financial management.
  • Proven ability to independently manage projects, timelines and multiple stakeholders.
  • Background in billing, WIP management and financial analysis.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with clients, colleagues and Service Providers.
  • Fluent in English. Additional languages desirable.
  • Degree in finance, business administration, accounting or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., NAV).
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, FLOW).
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and support junior team members.
