As International Coordinator, you will support the Global Expansion Advisory (GEA) team by assisting with onboarding, compliance coordination, and financial administration activities.
You will support fee analysis, maintain communication with Local Service Providers (LSPs), and help ensure systems and timelines are kept up to date.
You will also be involved in supporting the preparation of compliance timetables, managing documentation, and assisting with billing and financial tracking processes.
This is a development role, offering a structured opportunity to build skills and knowledge over time.
With training and support, the successful candidate will progressively take on increased responsibility across onboarding, compliance, and financial processes.

- Key Accountabilities
- Support fee analysis, new proposals and pipeline tracking.
- Liaise with Local Service Providers on onboarding, AML, engagement letters, filing requirements, fees and deadlines.
- Set up and maintain compliance systems, calendars, trackers, subfolders, task lists and client timetables.
- Assist with billing processes, including workbooks, invoice approvals, billing spreadsheets, WIP review, reconciliations and system updates.
- Maintain filing lists, templates, engagement appendices and deadline summaries, ensuring changes are accurately reflected.
- Prepare information sheets, audit reports and system data for internal teams and client delivery.
- Manage shared GEA inbox procedures and support smooth day-to-day team administration.
- Knowledge & Experience
- College leaver with a strong academic record, including GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade 6 or above in English, Maths, and other core subjects.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Comfortable carrying out tasks involving data entry, basic analysis, and document preparation.
- The successful candidate will be a visible champion and role model of ZEDRA’s values and behaviours.
- Passion for delivering a great client experience, with the ability to communicate with clients and other stakeholders clearly, dealing with difficult situations and conflict where necessary.
- An inclusive and collaborative approach with colleagues and key stakeholders.

- The successful candidate will be fluent in English and an understanding of other languages is desirable.
