As a Digital Marketing Manager reporting to the Group Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for executing the end to end digital marketing strategy, and optimisation of integrated digital marketing campaigns across social, web, and event channels.
You thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, managing multiple high-impact campaigns with clear commercial objectives.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and partners to deliver engaging experiences that not only enhance brand awareness but demonstrably drive pipeline, lead quality, and revenue contribution.
With a strong demand-generation mindset, you will lead digital delivery across channels, ensuring a seamless journey from first touch through to conversion and post-event/campaign nurturing.
This role requires deep expertise in the digital ecosystem including email automation, registration platforms, paid social, SEO/AEO/GEO knowledge, ensuring all digital content is optimised for AI LLMs as well as performance tracking.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels to drive engagement, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
- Plan and optimise multi-channel demand generation and event marketing campaigns, maximising registrations, attendance, and post-event conversion opportunities.
- Manage email marketing, automated nurture programmes, landing pages, and customer journeys to improve lead engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to maximise ROI.
- Use data, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and marketing automation tools to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and customer experience.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, design, and external partners to ensure campaigns are aligned, delivered on time, and support commercial objectives.
- Own campaign and event reporting, tracking key metrics including leads, MQLs, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and return on investment.
- Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality execution and stakeholder engagement throughout.
Knowledge & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in professional/financial services digital marketing with a strong focus on demand generation including virtual and in-person event-led activities.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end digital campaigns and marketing automation journeys.
- Hands‑on experience with email marketing platforms, CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot/Salesforce), and event registration tools.
- Strong expertise in paid social, organic social, and multi-channel digital optimisation. Demonstrable ability to track performance and link marketing activity to commercial outcomes (pipeline/revenue).
- Advanced analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions and optimise campaigns. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills with a focus on high‑conversion messaging.
