Snapshot of Role, Responsibilities & Skills for the : AV Service Engineer
* Carrying out site visits to remedy issues that canβt be resolved remotely
* Ensuring ticket accuracy, including complete and detailed logs of all activities, time spent, materials used, and actions taken.
* Raising cases with manufactures and following up on open cases.
* Experience with conference room technologies such as Crestron, Extron, AMX, Biamp, and BSS Soundweb
* Experience with video and audio processing technologies
* Building-related technology experience, including access control, CCTV, BMS, and lighting.
* Proficiency in IT network fundamentals, including network troubleshooting, IP addressing, VLAN awareness, and cable
* testing.
* Competent in firmware updates and basic diagnostics for networked AV components.
* Ability to read schematics
* 2 years minimum experience within an AV Service related role
* Happy to work in London and travel to surrounding areas
