Ref: ZEBPM As a leading Technical Recruitment Consultancy Zebrec are delighted to offer various AV PROJECT MANAGER roles working for our clients who are reputable & leading providers of professional services to their industry of Audio Visual Systems Integration in Corporate, Marine & Home Automation sectors. Main Role & Responsibilities of the AV PROJECT MANAGER: • Attend handover meetings from the clients Sales team where you will then take ownership for assigned projects • Work closely with the clients, main contractors & consultants to create clear project timeline and milestones • Assign labour resource using both employed and sub contract installers • Continually progress all dependencies for the projects • Attend site for kick off meetings with Installation team • Attends client meetings as required • Take full responsibility for handover and training and associated documentation • Motivate, and support all Installation teams, and resolve issues and challenges • Track cost, variations and changes throughout the project • Take full ownership for financial performance, quality and client relationship throughout • Report project progress back to the business Skills / Experience • You will need be to be a proven Project Manager with strong AV experience • A good understanding of relevant AV equipment to include Digital Video, Projection Systems, Control Systems, DSP’s, Audio Systems, Large format displays/video walls, Conferencing Solutions, Unified Comms, Security, Lighting and BMS. • Ability to read and understand floor plans and working drawings • Strong communication skills at all levels • Ability to drive progress • Work and respond quickly at all times • Strong commercial acumen If you would be interested in applying for one of our AV PROJECT MANAGER roles or to discuss a detailed specification then please send us a copy of your CV, call us on (phone number removed) or chat with us on our website.
