The Field Marketing Senior Manager of Growth Markets will take on a strategic leadership role, driving sales-aligned Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies across the Western Growth Markets (UK&I, Nordics, France, Italy, Iberia). As the trusted advisor and strategic marketing partner to the Area Sales Leader (ASL) and regional Sales Leadership Team (SLT), the successful candidate will lead a team of in-territory Field Marketers and strategically orchestrate efforts across defined customers, strategic channel partners, verticals, and solutions, ensuring country-relevant GTM approach that delivers measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • GTM Strategy and Leadership: Define and own the GTM strategy for the region, ensuring business alignment between marketing priorities and sales objectives. Partner with the Area Sales Lead (ASL) and Sales leadership to build and implement joint business plans aimed at pipeline acceleration, revenue growth, and measurable regional success. Develop and execute country-specific GTM plan tailored to customer needs working closely with Sales leadership and strategic partners to achieve accelerated growth.
  • Strategic Account and Partner Engagement: Define and implement a sales-aligned GTM strategy for Growth Markets, focusing on defined customer accounts and high-value opportunities. Drive Customer-Centric Marketing to increase revenue and velocity of defined named accounts and opportunities through ABM campaigns and executive engagement programs. Collaborate with strategic channel partners on joint marketing plans and campaigns focused on measurable results and strategic impact on the business.
  • Measurable Business Impact: Execute marketing strategies and campaigns that directly and indirectly influence the country revenue and deal/opportunity acceleration as well as DMU (Decision Making Unit) expansion. Continuously evaluate and optimize marketing activities to ensure they deliver data-driven, measurable results.
  • Team Leadership and Operations: Lead and manage a high-performing team of marketing professionals to drive comprehensive GTM marketing plans for defined customers and strategic partners in designated territories and countries. Oversee the Growth Market budgets, including Field Program and MDF, ensuring all GTM plans remain within budget. Champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic and operational plans in partnership with sales leadership, balancing long-term goals with short-term priorities.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving business growth through effective B2B marketing campaigns and co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners.
  • Exceptional project and budget management skills, with a focus on handling complex initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork and adaptability, with an aptitude for learning quickly and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with Field, Channel, or Vertical Marketing experience highly desired.
  • 3+ years of experience in people management.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required; proficiency in another European language is a strong advantage.
