Zebra Technologies is seeking an Account Manager to spearhead our growth in the UK and Ireland hospitality sector. This is a hands-on, field-based sales role where you will be the driving force for business development, managing key accounts, and shaping our presence across the region. You will join a supportive, high-performing sales team with robust onboarding and continuous development support to ensure your success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a named list of hospitality accounts, building strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
- Generate and qualify a robust sales pipeline through high-volume outbound activity and proactive customer engagement.
- Progress opportunities from initial qualification through to successful closure, ensuring all activity is accurately recorded and managed in our CRM.
- Coordinate effectively with ISV managers, channel partners, and internal technical experts to secure and deliver on opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for your customers and virtually lead the internal account team to provide a seamless experience.
Qualifications:
- A tenacious and self-motivated mindset with a demonstrable track record of creating and converting pipeline.
- 2-5 years in a sales or customer-facing role where you have demonstrated strong commercial aptitude.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and a high level of customer-facing activity. A valid UK driving license is preferred to facilitate travel to customer sites.
- Exceptional skills in building rapport and managing accounts effectively.
- Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus) and disciplined in pipeline management and forecasting.
