The Internal Channel Account Manager (technology) is tasked with managing and driving business results for a select group of Zebra partners within the Benelux region, with a primary focus on achieving quota and growth. This role involves managing new and developing partnerships.
The successful candidate must take ownership of partner relationships, revenue contribution, and commitments while promoting Zebra’s products and services. Acting as a trusted advisor, the ideal candidate will facilitate partner growth and increase Zebra’s market share.
This position demands strong sales skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with partners and internal teams. Fluency in Dutch is required, and local market experience in the Benelux region is an advantage. The candidate should be comfortable with remote selling and attending multiple partner and end-user meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with Zebra partners to ensure sustainable growth and effective communication.
- Develop and execute business plans with partners to identify new revenue opportunities.
- Assist partners in selling Zebra products independently and support them in customer meetings for significant deals.
- Sell moderately complex solutions, products, and services to assigned reseller accounts based on strategic plans.
- Profile reseller businesses, analyse revenue data, and identify product focus and opportunities to enhance wallet share.
- Encourage and manage co-marketing activities, including arranging MDF funding if approved.
- Enable partner sales and technical teams in line with compliance requirements and go-to-market strategies.
- Provide product demonstrations, along with providing pricing and technical support, as requested by partners.
- Conduct competitive analysis, pricing reviews, and monitor reseller trends to identify further opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales teams and provide weekly status reports, including sales forecasts.
- Maintain and update opportunities and forecasts within SFDC.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience from similar role with focus on technology/software/hardware sales with a consistent customer focus.
- Knowledge of Dutch and English to a fluent level.
- Relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to develop a strong business network remotely and via social media.
- Ability to establish effective relationships with customers and colleagues, interacting with others in a way that promotes openness and trust and gives them confidence.
- Confident with speaking on the phone.
- Able to commute regularly to Bourne End office and occasionally travel abroad.
