What We're Looking For
Operate and maintain supplies manufacturing machines and equipment while adhering to all quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Performs packing, wristband, or pre-press functions and operates associated machinery.
- Follows work order instructions and performs labeling requirement.
- Performs quality tests per ISO procedures.
- Complies with all required safety practices and use of PPE.
- Resolves a variety of simple problems of limited complexity by following highly detailed instructions or procedures.
- Receives direct supervision for routine work, new projects or assignments.
- Able to work effectively with others and adhere to Zebra Leadership Behaviors.
- Accepts direction and instructions from supervisor.
Qualifications
- High School or equivalent.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Learns policies and procedures and how to apply them to issues experienced in routine activities.

Incentive Compensation
