We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our EMEA TA team and support the Inside Sales HUB hiring in London. You will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent within the region. Attendance in the London office 5x/week is required! We are offering a 1-year contract.

Responsibilities:
  • Support Inside Sales HUB hiring in London
  • Hire also for other departments (e.g. marketing, finance)
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment and identifying ideal candidates.
  • Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Create compelling job descriptions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by effectively communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide support to senior members as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Availability to come to the London office 5x/week
  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment
  • Advanced level of English language – written and spoken (used on a daily basis)
  • Excellent communication skills and time management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team and individually
