The Senior Supply Chain Planner is a pivotal role within our regional supply chain planning department, responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end planning and logistics of inbound products from our global suppliers. We are seeking a candidate who takes a proactive, forward-thinking approach to supply management. Responsibilities:
- Supplier & Logistics Management: Build and maintain successful relationships with Global Supply Planner and Logistics teams. Manage incoming supply by tracking, prioritizing, and expediting shipments, and negotiating delivery schedules to align with operational efficiency and customer demand.
- Proactive Inventory Control: Proactively manage inventory health by leading regular reviews of slow-moving and non-moving stock (IQR), optimizing safety stock levels, and developing strategies to minimize excess and obsolescence (E&O) risks.
- Strategic Portfolio Ownership: Act as the central owner and subject matter expert for a defined product portfolio. You will develop and execute the end-to-end supply strategy, ensuring its alignment with business goals and the entire product lifecycle, from introduction to end-of-life.
- Drive Excellence and Innovation: Be a leader in our continuous improvement journey. You will have the opportunity to not just follow standard procedures, but to challenge and redefine them, leaving your mark on the efficiency and success of our supply chain.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other global planning teams to mitigate constraints, resolve discrepancies, support new product introductions, and ensure seamless execution of the supply plan.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a demand planning or supply planning, ideally within a multinational corporation.
- A high degree of ownership, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines and prioritize workloads effectively.
- Demonstrated experience managing external suppliers and/or logistics providers.
- A proactive mindset with a strong ability to identify potential issues, take initiative, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Excellent analytical skills and a passion for data.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is essential, and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and modern planning software (e.g., Oracle Fusion DM Cloud) is highly desirable.
- Advanced verbal and written English communication skills.

Incentive Compensation: In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 10% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
