The Digital Marketing Advisor ensures the creation, delivery, and execution of digital marketing programs that drive demand for Zebra solutions, in alignment with regional marketing goals. The position oversees the digital demand generation process for a specific vertical or portfolio, in close coordination with peers around the world. The advisor will drive the creation, management, and execution of digital awareness and demand programs (paid and owned) guided by the global demand strategy and prioritized by regional marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with vertical and product-focused strategists in creating and executing a digital media plan designed to generate demand for their area of responsibility.
- Interprets the marketing strategy to define digital media objectives and identify the marketing mix that will best achieve the campaign goals.
- Manage the deployment of campaign assets with internal stakeholders and external agencies to achieve plan goals, including e-mail, paid social, SEM, programmatic display, content syndication, etc.
- Act as the “digital expert” for area of responsibility, including the monitoring of tactical performance, market trends and digital best practices to drive strategic insights and adjustments.
- Serve as optimization champion, including contact database health.
- Leverage profile data and behavioral activity to drive sequenced programs that ultimately lead to right time, right message delivery.
- On-time/on-budget delivery of digital demand generation programs and underlying tactics in support of the vertical campaign in region.
- Coordination with COE to ensure alignment with Zebra’s demand generation practices and programs.

- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field
- Minimum Work Experience (years): 8+ years of relevant experience

- Depth of experience in creation and strategic implementation of full-funnel digital media plans in support of technically advanced products & solutions
- Ability to think strategically and guide fellow stakeholders, based on digital expertise.
- Strong tactical marketing skills & creative vision.
- An outcome-focused approach to marketing and demand generation.
- Strong communication skills to relay campaign plans and results to internal and external audiences.
- A growing depth of knowledge on key marketing tools including Eloqua, SFDC, Demandbase and others.
- Understanding of digital media best practices for demand creation and acceleration including, but not limited to, understanding of contact and data management, lead management, revenue performance management.
- Expertise in program management and agency coordination.
- Digital marketing expertise; firm understanding of testing strategies and execution of all digital assets.
