Responsibilities:

  • Design user-focused solutions across web and mobile, from concept through implementation.
  • Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using modern design tools.
  • Partner with senior designers and development teams to create workflows and various digital experiences.
  • Contribute to our design system, ensuring usability, accessibility, and consistency at scale.
  • Use research insights and data to inform design decisions and validate hypotheses.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree, certificate, or equivalent experience in HCI, Interaction Design or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms.
  • Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, interaction patterns, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Framer and experience with prototyping and collaboration workflows.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Curiosity about AI, data-driven design, and how intelligent systems can enhance usability.
  • An understanding of agile development frameworks.
  • Experience conducting user research.
