Our Inside Sales London team is looking for German speaking colleague to take on the role of Account Representative/Manager!
Inside Account Representative/Manager (IAM) is responsible for named customer accounts and quota ownership. IAMs are responsible for prospecting, managing the end-to-end sales cycle and closing business from our Regional Inside Sales Hub. This role will include dedicated engagement with customers via phone, email, or other virtual channels, to manage customer accounts and relationships across customer personas.
Please note role is office based and will require attendance to the office 5 days a week, as well as proficient knowledge of German language.
Responsibilities:

Manages a target account list of customers across a vertical in DACH territory with focus on driving sales across Zebra product portfolio.

Accountable for the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting, qualifying, and closing business to achieve sales quota.

Establishes and maintains strong relationships with key decision-makers and personas within client organizations.

Leverages Zebra Sales Plays to proposition Zebra products and solutions, working with the right stakeholders to support customer outcomes.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities, using CRM tools to track activity and manage sales forecasts.

Leverage CRM tools and data insights to inform sales activities and management reporting.

Proactively share best practices with colleagues within Regional Hub and seek out opportunities to share learning/successes, contributing to a collaborative sales environment.

Work closely with Regional Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Product, and broader cross-functional teams to align sales efforts.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments.

Continuously update knowledge on company products and services to effectively address customer needs.
Qualifications:

Ability to developing new business and managing named accounts

2 years experience in B2B sales

Fluent in German language – is a must

Experience with working towards set quota

Additional language would be a plus (Dutch, Italian and Nordic languages)

Strong communication skills and determination to acquire and win new business opportunities
