We are excited to expand our Sales organisation, in our London office, focusing on Inside Sales, so if you are someone ambitious, looking for a springboard opportunity, this could be the role for you. Inside Account Managers (IAMs) are responsible for named customer accounts and quota owners. IAMs manage the end-to-end sales cycle and close business from our Regional Inside Sales Hub. This is an office-based role that involves dedicated engagement with customers via phone, email, or other virtual channels to manage customer accounts and relationships across various personas. Please note: this role is office-based and requires attendance five days a week. Fluency in German is essential. Responsibilities: Manage a target account list of customers across verticals and territories, focusing on driving sales across Zebra’s product portfolio. Handle the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying to closing, to meet sales quotas. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations. Use Zebra Sales Plays to propose Zebra products and solutions, working with the appropriate personas to support customer outcomes. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities, using CRM tools to track activities and manage forecasts. Leverage CRM data and insights to inform sales activities and reporting. Share best practices with colleagues in the Regional Hub and seek opportunities to learn and share successes, fostering a collaborative sales environment. Collaborate with Regional Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional teams to align efforts. Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and processes, including Sales Plays. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and product developments. Continuously update knowledge on company products and services to meet customer needs effectively. Apply feedback and coaching to enhance sales techniques and results. Qualifications: Proficiency in German and English. Experience in developing new business and managing named accounts. Minimum of 2 years in B2B solution sales, preferably in RFID/RFID Supplies. Additional languages (e.g., Dutch, Italian, Nordic languages) are a plus. Strong communication skills and determination to acquire and win new business. Why join Zebra?
