The Senior Performance Marketing Manager drives demand, pipeline acceleration, and revenue contribution across EMEA by translating business growth priorities into marketing programmes delivered through the Centre of Excellence (CoE) and regionally executed initiatives through the team and agency partners. The role sits within the EMEA Demand Marketing team, which brings together Events and Performance Marketing, and leads the Performance Marketing team. Using data and audience insights, this role plans and executes integrated demand programmes that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate opportunity conversion across priority EMEA markets, partnering with the CoE on brand and top-of-funnel awareness initiatives.

This is a cross-functional role, working closely with Field, Channel, and Product Marketing teams, Sales, Business Units, and the CoE to ensure marketing programmes are customer-centric, data-driven, and aligned with EMEA business priorities, delivering high-quality execution with a strong emphasis on innovation, continuous optimisation, and measurable impact across EMEA markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning & Leadership: Lead sales-aligned marketing plans across priority countries and verticals by collaborating with regional and global teams to develop integrated marketing programmes, leveraging both online and offline touchpoints to drive pipeline acceleration, opportunity progression, and revenue performance across the full buyer journey.
  • Spearhead the strategic marketing planning process at the regional level that aligns with overall business objectives (global & regional priorities considered).
  • Own performance data, intent signals, and funnel insights to prioritise segments and recommend where investment should be focused, scaled, optimised, or stopped, in partnership with the Marketing Analytics team.
  • Drive regional paid media strategy and budget allocation to maximise pipeline impact.
  • EMEA Programmes Orchestration: Act as the regional advisor on performance marketing strategy, guiding teams on investment, scaling, and optimisation to maximise pipeline impact.
  • Plan and execute targeted growth programmes focused on specific audience segments to accelerate pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Lead orchestration and champion efforts within the mid-funnel and bottom-funnel to drive growth. Collaborate with the CoE on full-funnel alignment.
  • Architect and maintain robust processes for lead flow, handoffs, and reporting, providing a clear end-to-end view of the EMEA funnel to drive significant regional impact.
  • Drive content strategy by identifying requirements for key initiatives and developing supplemental, region-specific content to enhance EMEA storytelling, in close partnership with the Global team.
  • Ensure consistent activation across marketing channels to maximise campaign performance and pipeline impact.
  • Serve as the EMEA performance marketing lead, educating sales and marketing teams, aligning regional marketing programmes with business priorities, and representing EMEA needs to Global.
  • Provide regular insights to stakeholders on the impact of marketing performance, pipeline impact, and optimisation opportunities.
  • Lead EMEA’s performance marketing experiments by defining measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes, establishing clear benchmarks for scaling successful initiatives, and stopping underperforming investments.
  • Team Leadership and Capability Excellence: Lead a group of performance marketers with clear objectives aligned with pipeline growth, opportunity progression, and revenue performance, while coaching the team to enhance expertise in demand generation, experimentation, and data-driven marketing practices.
  • Bring external market perspectives and growth best practices to challenge thinking, raise expectations, and improve commercial impact.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, including experience managing or developing marketing teams within B2B technology or industrial technology environments with enterprise sales models.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, using data and audience insights to inform segmentation, prioritisation, and marketing investment decisions.
  • Ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies and communicate them clearly to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience using marketing technology platforms and performance dashboards to measure and optimise marketing performance.
  • Collaborative and proactive team player who builds alignment across global and regional teams and understands EMEA market dynamics and cultural nuances.
Benefits:
  • 25 days of vacation
  • Up to 32 hours paid time off per year to volunteer with a charity of your choice
  • Reward & Recognition scheme - earn points to spend online
  • Training and personal development in soft skills and hard skills, access to our internal learning portal and internal career opportunities within Zebra departments
