This Business Process Analyst II role is responsible for the integrity of Zebra’s internal business processes for the logistics and transportation team. They ensure our business is run effectively, efficiently and in support of delivering against our commitments internally and externally to our customers, partners and regulatory bodies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages cross-dock shipments via Zebra’s 3PL to fulfill customer orders, including onboarding carriers into the shipment visibility solution and collaborating with transportation partners.
  • Resolves day‑to‑day logistics issues by responding to order inquiries from internal/external customers and filing carrier claims for damage or loss.
  • Proactively identifies, plans, and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma) to enhance effectiveness and efficiency within the assigned business unit.
  • Organizes, leads, and facilitates cross‑functional project teams in process improvement and re‑engineering efforts to improve service quality.
  • Conducts root cause analysis of process failures and performs cost and benefit analyses to determine the best path forward.
  • Captures current challenges and desired outcomes, understanding the upstream, downstream, and work‑tool impacts of process changes to recommend solutions that minimize disruption.
  • Documents agreements and owns the drafting and revision of new or updated business processes.
  • Measures and reports on the success of newly implemented or revised processes within the business unit.

Job Requirements

Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Work Experience: 2+ years

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred or in progress
  • Familiarity with functional processes in assigned business unit
  • Demonstrated working knowledge / experience using basic change management principles and approaches
  • Formal training preferred

Pay Range $61,040.00 - $91,560.00 Annual

Incentive Compensation In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance‑based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 5% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
