We are looking for a Digital Specialist to join our dynamic Digital Brand Experiences team. This role has become available to support our growing digital projects, including the multi-phase expansion of our website and digital properties. You will be at the heart of major, revenue-impacting initiatives, translating the needs of our business and product stakeholders into clear requirements for our IT teams. You will have an opportunity to help shape the direction of our digital presence and work with a variety of teams and senior stakeholders on a global scale. This is a hybrid role. 3 days a week, you will be working from our Bourne End office (Dukes Meadow, Millboard Rd, SL8 5XF). Please ensure this is a commutable distance for you.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with marketing and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
  • Support ongoing website optimisation work through A/B testing, data analysis using personalisation and analytics software.
  • Managing and implementing digital content changes using our CMS (Adobe Experience Manager).
  • Creating and maintaining project documentation, defining acceptance criteria, and running workshops.
  • Coordinating QA, testing, and deployment activities to ensure smooth roll-outs.
  • Working closely with product owners, developers, and Scrum Masters to manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

  • A BS/BA degree in marketing, communications, technology, or a related field, and/or a relevant certification.
  • An experienced professional with 5+ years in a relevant role (such as a Digital Business Analyst, Project Manager, or a technically-focused Digital Marketer).
  • Proven experience managing digital content and webpages using Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and issue-tracking/project management software.
  • A strong background working in agile environments with scrum masters, product owners, and developers.
  • Working experience with Adobe Experience Manager, JIRA, Confluence, Adobe Analytics and/or Salesforce will be an advantage.
