Are you a strategic, relationship-driven sales professional with a passion for building and nurturing channel partnerships? We are seeking a high-calibre and strategic Channel Partner Manager to join our dynamic team and take ownership of key partner relationships to drive growth across the UK and Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seller to have a high degree of autonomy and shape our channel strategy, working with a diverse portfolio of partners, including major multinational and pan-European accounts. This is a dynamic, field-based role offering significant autonomy. Expect to spend approximately 60%/70% of your time visiting partners, with the remainder of your week split flexibly between collaborative sessions at our office (averaging one day per week) and work from your home office.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with a diverse set of channel partners, including multi-vertical specialists serving industries like retail and logistics.
- Develop and execute strategic partner plans that align with both partner capabilities and our core business objectives to drive mutual success.
- Embrace your inner "hunter" to proactively prospect, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, expanding our market reach.
- Take full ownership of key accounts and initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of partner programmes from start to finish.
- Maintain regular, accurate sales forecasting and diligently manage your pipeline and activities within our CRM (Salesforce).
- Act as a confident and adaptable presenter at industry events, partner meetings, and QBRs, representing our brand and vision.
Qualifications
- A strong background in B2B channel sales, with proven experience managing and developing successful, relationship-led partnerships.
- A strategic thinker with a "hunter" mentality, capable of creating partner business plans and proactively developing new business.
- A highly autonomous professional who is comfortable and effective in a field-based role requiring significant travel and flexible diary management.
- A confident and adaptable presenter able to connect with diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), forecasting, and the administrative discipline required to stay organised and effective.
- Experience working with complex, multi-country or pan-European partners is highly desirable.
