If you are a strategic B2B marketer who loves storytelling, commercial collaboration, and making a measurable business impact, this is your stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, own, and develop the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for the Transport & Logistics (T&L), Government, and Public Safety verticals in the EMEA region, ensuring perfect business alignment between high-level marketing priorities and strategic sales objectives.

- Act as the primary industry expert, thought-leader, spokesperson, and chief storyteller for the Transport & Logistics and Public Sector verticals across the region.
- Lead the strategic definition of vertical audiences and buyer personas, developing hyper-targeted marketing strategies to effectively reach, engage, and convert them.
- Champion and maintain a laser-focused alignment across all marketing initiatives for the assigned verticals, ensuring every campaign and activity supports core strategic business objectives.
- Take ownership and strategic responsibility for elevating Zebra's brand awareness, reputation, and customer perception within the T&L, Government, and Public Safety sectors across EMEA.
- Author and oversee the development of compelling, narrative-driven content that targets key buyer personas and aligns with Zebra's vertical messaging to influence both end-users and channel partners.
- Collaborate seamlessly across a dynamic ecosystem of global and regional stakeholders—including Vertical Sales Strategy Leads, Portfolio Marketing, Industry Sales Leaders, Global BMI, and the Global CoE—to co-create and align successful vertical strategies.
- Manage the vertical marketing budget strategically, with clear commercial accountability for maximizing, measuring, and reporting on marketing ROI.

- 8+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with dedicated Vertical or Field Marketing experience highly desired.
- Native-level fluency in both written and spoken English is required; professional proficiency in another European language is a highly valued asset for our diverse regional footprint.
- Proven marketing experience in a strategic vertical marketing or GTM strategy role, with a strong, demonstrable focus on the T&L and/or Government and Public Safety sectors.
