Responsibilities
- Lead, expand, and sustain partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISV) operating in the Healthcare market across the EMEA region.
- Drive innovative collaborations, seek out new partnership prospects, and reinforce current relationships.
- Serve as the main contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Introduce strategic pillars—Asset Visibility, Connected Frontline, and Intelligent Automation—focusing on outcome‑based solutions addressing customer needs in the Healthcare market.
- Manage relationships with partnerships to ensure satisfaction and long‑term success.
- Champion new projects and initiatives that involve Zebra's strategic pillars and wider ecosystems.
- Build and expand Zebra's relationship across the partnership network to foster new opportunities.
- Liaise with partners to identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years managing channel partnerships or selling to Independent Software Vendors; Healthcare experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel 2-3 days per week.
