Responsibilities

  • Lead, expand, and sustain partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISV) operating in the Healthcare market across the EMEA region.
  • Drive innovative collaborations, seek out new partnership prospects, and reinforce current relationships.
  • Serve as the main contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Introduce strategic pillars—Asset Visibility, Connected Frontline, and Intelligent Automation—focusing on outcome‑based solutions addressing customer needs in the Healthcare market.
  • Manage relationships with partnerships to ensure satisfaction and long‑term success.
  • Champion new projects and initiatives that involve Zebra's strategic pillars and wider ecosystems.
  • Build and expand Zebra's relationship across the partnership network to foster new opportunities.
  • Liaise with partners to identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years managing channel partnerships or selling to Independent Software Vendors; Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel 2-3 days per week.
