What We're Looking For:

Operate and maintain supplies manufacturing machines and equipment while adhering to all quality and safety standards. Shifts are - Mon - Thurs 21.45 - 06.30 Fri 18.45 - 23.15.

• Performs packing, wristband, or pre-press functions and operates associated machinery
• Follows work order instructions and performs labeling requirement
• Performs quality tests per ISO procedures
• Complies with all required safety practices and use of PPE
• Resolves a variety of simple problems of limited complexity by following highly detailed instructions or procedures
• Receives direct supervision for routine work, new projects or assignments.
• Very limited requirement for decision making role.
• Any decisions have limited impact on team effectiveness.
• Work reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy
• Able to work effectively with others and adhere to Zebra Leadership Behaviors.
• Accepts direction and instructions from supervisor

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Learns policies and procedures and how to apply them to issues experienced in routine activities

Incentive Compensation:

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
