What We're Looking For:
Operate and maintain machines and equipment while adhering to all quality and safety standards.Key responsibilities
- Candidates should demonstrate an understanding of the functions and basic mechanical workings of most machines under limited supervision
- Performs appropriate functional quality tests for operations performed on all equipment
- Has a working knowledge of job-related policies and procedures
- Complies with all required safety practices and regulations
- Trains new operators in finishing operations
Principal accountabilities
- To produce rolls of self-adhesive labels, tickets & tags
- Consistently achieve productivity targets
- Maintain optimum quality at all times
- Complete accurate job records – time recording
- Maintain optimum Health and Safety standards and always keep press and work area clean
- Qualifications
- Good general level education.
- 1 - 3 years of operating label printing conversion equipment
- Experience of operating high speed production machinery
- Experience of working on a production environment to high quality standards and meeting targets and deadlines
- General computer skills and numerical skills
- Ability to use initiative with excellent problem-solving skills
- Flexible approach with the ability to follow detailed instructions

Incentive Compensation:
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.Job Posting Statement:
