Senior Commercial Finance Manager at Zebra works as a strategic partner to sales leadership, translating data and performance metrics into actionable commercial strategies.

Responsibilities
- Act as financial advisor to Senior Sales Leaders, challenging assumptions and shaping initiatives for revenue and margin growth
- Lead analytics on revenue, gross margin, pipeline, and market dynamics
- Convert complex data into executive-ready presentations and recommendations
- Drive revenue forecasting, outlook modelling, and scenario planning across regional units
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two Sales Finance Analysts
- Build dynamic financial models and interactive dashboards using Excel and Power BI for real-time performance visibility
- Refine commercial planning frameworks to free resources for strategic initiatives
- Key requirements
- Progressive experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or sales finance in multinational or matrix environments
- Proactive mindset with ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate ambiguous challenges
- Advanced financial modelling in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualification strongly preferred
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills in English, with ability to distill numbers into executive stories
- Proficiency in additional European languages (e. g., Spanish, German, or Eastern European) is advantageous
