The Role
To support their continued expansion, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer to support cutting-edge electromechanical equipment within the packaging and print finishing sectors. This is an opportunity to work with some of the most advanced machinery in Europe, backed by manufacturer-specific training to ensure your technical skills remain sharp.
You will take ownership of the full equipment lifecycle, with responsibilities including:
- Supervising the off-loading, positioning, and final commissioning of new equipment
- Performing mechanical fault-finding and precision repairs on industrial systems
- Delivering planned service schedules, emergency repairs, and software upgrades
- Providing hands-on operational training to ensure clients maximise machine performance
About You
We are seeking a Field Service Engineer with a background in mechanical repair gained within the printing or packaging industry on special-purpose machinery.
Experience:
Proven field service experience working on electromechanical machines.
Strong mechanical fault-finding and repair skills.
Must hold a full UK Driving Licence. Due to the nature of the industry and site locations, the role requires a high degree of mobility, including UK-wide travel and regular overnight stays.
