We’re working with a large UK charity and they’re looking for a Content specialist to join their team on a fixed term basis. This organisation are fully underway with launching their new website, so this role is integral to them as you’d be working very much hands on, managing their content migration and preparing their content for launch. They’re a lovely brand to work with, with a great mission, and you’d be working on a project that’s challenging but no doubt highly rewarding. What will your responsibilities be? Managing the content migration and production for the website revamp. Utilising user research to improve how audiences interact with their services and content. Collaborating with Content and Design teams, and others to shape user-friendly content. Using data to plan content updates that meet project and organisational goals. Managing the creation, adaptation, and transfer of content for the new website. Managing the setup of KPIs and using feedback to evaluate performance post-launch. Upskilling colleagues in digital tools and processes. Managing communications with stakeholders to provide updates on progress and challenges.
