This global research consultancy that specialises in technology and media is looking for a User Researcher to join their growing team. They have an amazing roster of clients including Google, BBC and Spotify, providing strategic advice and insights to support their unique and varied challenges. Projects could range from exploring what makes apps discoverable to understanding how TV viewing behaviour has evolved.
No two projects are the same; the work is always interesting. There are around 60 people based in their London office, and everyone is super passionate about what they do. Many clients return, which speaks volumes!
The role involves working alongside their Senior User Researcher on an existing piece of business that requires rapid research for a tech giant, with opportunities to engage in other ad hoc projects with different clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with the client and collaborating with Senior User Researchers
- Working collaboratively with the development team
- Conducting qualitative interviews, analysis, and reporting
- Exhibiting strong organisational and time management skills
The ideal candidate:
- Is confident in their research abilities
- Is a self-starter who can work autonomously (support and mentorship are available)
- Has a genuine interest in the B2B space, particularly in working with developers
- Has a personal interest in game/app development
- Is comfortable running projects independently
- Can distil and communicate findings effectively
- Is confident working with important stakeholders
