A chance to work on and really shape an app that helps people who've been diagnosed with a chronic disease.
This is for a start-up, healthcare app with a unique point of difference compared to some others. Although they currently have a small team, they’ve recently completed a round of funding which gives them runway for over 2 years to grow and expand. It’s a pivotal hire for them as they know the success of the company/product depends on having an amazing experience.
Mainly remote but will need to come into the London office 1-2 times a month.
This is a real unicorn of a Product Designer role but the social value behind this product is also significant. You’ll be working within a product team alongside developers and 1 other designer. The app is in its infancy, so there’s a lot of work to develop key features as well as overall look and feel.
As the app grows, the design team will grow and potentially lead to an opportunity to become a director and build out the design team. Meanwhile, you’ll be needed to drive and deliver on all areas of your product design skill set to make the app as optimised as possible, starting with User Research, through to UX, UI and Visual Design.
Looking for a German-speaking, Senior-Lead level Product Designer who’s fully capable end-to-end (User Research, UX Design, UI Design & Visual Design). In addition to design, you’ll lead the User Research function too, be it concept testing to running user interviews. You’ll need the ability to translate your User Research findings into journeys and create prototypes for testing.
Other experience includes:
- Recent app-based project work is essential.
- Taking products from early stages through to growth (either as a solo designer or part of a team).
- Ideally in HealthTech. But other tech-focussed companies would work also.
- German speaking to a business standard.
- Portfolio demonstrating clean UI & UX – need to show app experience and ideally data visualisation would be great too.
