We’re looking for a talented Product Designer with a strong UI/visual focus to join a fast-growing B2C SaaS Ed-Tech startup. This is an opportunity to work on meaningful products that help students succeed in competitive school & degree admissions., * Own projects from concept to execution, ensuring seamless handoff to developers.

  • Work with design systems to maintain consistency and scalability.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Learning teams to shape engaging user experiences.

  • Prototype and iterate based on user research and testing.

  • Contribute to product marketing efforts, including motion design and Framer-based content (bonus if you have experience in this).

Shipped Products – Experience designing digital products, not just marketing or e-commerce sites.

Startup Experience – Comfortable with ambiguity, working across broad scopes, and taking ownership.

Design Systems – Strong experience using and contributing to design systems in Figma.

Visual Craftsmanship – A clean, refined aesthetic-nothing overly loud. Motion, if used, should be well-executed.

App Experience – Worked on mobile and web apps, not just desktop platforms.

Portfolio Quality – Demonstrates comprehensive, thoughtful design work with depth and complexity.

Strong Communication – Able to collaborate across disciplines and work async when needed.

Bonus:

  • Framer experience (especially if you’ve used it for your portfolio).

  • Motion/animation skills (After Effects, Illustrator, or similar).

  • Basic coding knowledge for better developer collaboration.
