The role:
- 5 days a week in Greenwich, London, offices.
- Design and execute layouts/marketing assets for homepage content, landing pages, digital marketing, social media, site banners, newsletters, mobile, etc.
- Working across multiple digital channels to produce innovative and high quality for all our digital platforms.
- Improving usability, functionality and aesthetics across all digital media.
- Demonstrating an understanding of web and email newsletter development and platforms to inform design decisions.
- Creating market-leading, mobile-first designs for web, email comms and other channels that is aligned with brand identity.
- Continually maintain awareness of customer user behaviour in order to maximize their experience and generate sales.
- Aid the wider creative and marketing teams in the understanding and production of cutting edge digital design.
- Working closely with the e-commerce team to deliver on all design requests for website and newsletters, such as resizing, cropping, editing and exporting imagery for banners and various wireframes.

- Naturally creative and imaginative with a strong eye for details.
- A keen eye for premium, luxurious brand experiences across all digital channels.
- A brilliant digital portfolio of recent cross-platform, multi-device UI work, demonstrating UI and responsive best practice.
- Development of strong UI and UX wireframes into design that not only looks great but also performs for our business.
- Have a strong IxD (user interaction) principles.
- Have a deep understanding of SEO, and how to turn user analytics and insights into Best in Class digital products.
- Application of user-centred design across all work.
- Understanding of web accessibility and its impact on design.
- Experience working closely and effectively with developers.
- Experience creating mobile and/or responsive designs.
- A team player who thrives working alongside colleagues and external consultants across a wide range of briefs.
- A keen interest in the future of Ecom, the metaverse and interactive media, particularly digital technologies, as well as in commercial trends and innovations.
