We are working with an early-stage startup that is looking for a Lead Product Designer to join them! They have created an AI tool that has the potential to positively impact the work of designers everywhere, and they want someone on their team who can really elevate their design aesthetics. There is a ton of opportunity here for how much impact you can have and how far you can take things.

What will your role involve?

  • You will be setting the standard for UI/UX design, leveraging your Figma expertise to research, prototype, and refine their product.
  • Utilising your storytelling skills, you will be an advocate for great design, contributing to discussions, and representing the organisation in the design community through speaking and networking.
  • You will be working closely with the product team to engage with users, gather insights, and drive meaningful improvements.
  • You will consistently stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas to improve the product and processes.

Who are they looking for?

  • You have exceptional visual design skills, and a solid portfolio that showcases both this and your UX process.
  • You are a super passionate designer, eager to make a meaningful impact.
  • You are very experienced in Figma (preferably on the L3/L4 framework).
  • You are a confident communicator, easily able to articulate your ideas - bonus points if you are comfortable with public speaking.
  • You are comfortable working in an early-stage startup - and all the excitement/chaos that comes with it.
  • Huge bonus if you have any experience with Figma plugins.

WFH policy: 5 days/month in London office (ideally you are London-based).
