The client
They’re building an AI-first platform for operational efficiency; seeking to move the industry beyond outdated paper-based systems.
You’ll get the opportunity to work with some of the UK’s largest retailers and see direct impact from your code from day 1. Their founders and investors are from a network of automotive experts from huge names in the industry such as McLaren and Aston Martin.
They’ve just received a fresh round of investment so 2025 is the year for them to take their product to the next level, with AI at the forefront of their ideas here.
Currently their entire product team consists of 7 engineers, 1 product designer and 3 directors who are still hands on with design and product. They’re looking to add 2 more engineers and a product designer to this.
They work in product squads and have 3 work streams going at any one time. For the first 4 months they’ll look to get you settled in and then are happy for you to move around into different squads. They’re keen for you to get to know the whole product as much as possible so you’ll be exposed to a lot of technology.

You’ll thrive there if you’re product-focused, user-centered, and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to build world-class user experiences.
It’s a huge bonus if you’ve worked with, or have an interest in AI as this is at the forefront of their ideas. Exposure to TDD, DynamoDB and life in a start-up/scale-up environment will also hold you in good stead.
