A chance to own the CRO testing roadmap for this major player within consumer data. The client Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialist/Executive needed by a leading insights platform that helps businesses leverage data to understand and engage their target customers. You’ll be required in the London office 1-day a week (more if you prefer). This is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract at up to £40,000 (pro-rata). There is a chance it could extend or turn into a permanent role after that time but not guaranteed. Fully remote working is not available. Neither is sponsorship.
The role:
- You’ll drive meaningful growth by optimising conversion rates through data-driven experimentation.
- You’ll own the CRO testing roadmap, working closely with their Demand Generation and Content Teams to enhance their blog and paid landing pages.
- Your expertise will help turn high-quality prospects into customers, directly impacting business growth.
- This role would sit in the Website & SEO squad, reporting into the Senior Website Optimisation Manager, working with the SEO Manager, a Designer and Developer, and also with the Performance Marketing team.
The candidate:
- 3+ years of CRO experience, optimising B2B website conversion funnels.
- Proficiency in key CRO tools (VWO or similar, Unbounce, HubSpot CMS, GA4).
- AI-driven website optimisation experience to enhance conversions and UX.
- Strong analytical skills, turning insights into impactful improvements.
- Testing roadmap ownership, using both quantitative and qualitative data.
- UX knowledge, balancing user experience with conversion goals.
- Collaborative mindset, working cross-functionally with demand gen, SEO, and content teams.
- Basic HTML & CSS skills for test implementation.
- Clear reporting, tracking and communicating performance metrics.
- Passion for CRO trends, continuously bringing fresh ideas to the team.
