Westminster Council is recruiting a Research & Design Lead to shape service design, user research and user experience across the council’s digital services. You’ll lead and develop teams, set design standards and work openly with residents to improve outcomes across channels.
In this leadership role you’ll manage Senior UX, Senior UR and Senior SD and collaborate with large multidisciplinary groups to map dependencies, plan transformation and deliver ambitious digital services.
