Strong eCommerce experience is a must. Sponsorship or working outside the UK not available.
Mid-Senior Product Designer with strong eCommerce experience needed to own design for a booking platform used by luxury hotels and resorts globally. This is a core product role, not a support function. You will work embedded in an eCommerce squad alongside Product and Engineering, owning design end to end and shaping the future of a mature platform entering a major evolution phase. Working alongside a small but mighty product design team, as well as a wider brand/marketing design team.
THE ROLE
You will help lead design on a four-year-old eCommerce booking engine as it:
- Improves and optimises existing conversion-critical journeys
- Launches new commerce features (bundled packages, add-ons, cross-sell)
- Undergoes a full UX/UI refresh and design system consolidation
What You Will Do
- Own design end to end: discovery → flows → prototyping → final UI
- Design complex booking journeys (room + experiences, packages, incentives)
- Work within and help mature an existing design system (B2B + B2C)
- Produce high-quality UI and scalable components
- Collaborate closely with engineers to deliver buildable, future-fit solutions
- Confidently present and defend design decisions with evidence
- Prototype new ideas, including AI-enabled features (Figma Make experience a plus)
THE CANDIDATE
- Proven eCommerce or B2C product experience (non-negotiable)
- End-to-end product design experience
- Strong experience working with design systems
- High bar for UI craft and systems thinking
- Comfortable owning design within a squad
- Experience in luxury hospitality, travel, or B2C retail is a strong advantage
