UI-focused Senior Product Designer role with a bank, with experience managing 1-2 other designers. This challenger bank has become one of the UK's most loved places to work. They strive for innovation and aim to provide the most honest and beneficial financial products in the market, with customers truly at the heart of their decision making.
The role would require you into a London office in Canary Wharf, twice a week (no flex on this). Sponsorship is not being offered. £80,000-£90,000 - possible for some flex, for the right person.
THE ROLEThis is a primarily hands-on role within the bank's savings team. Prior banking or fintech experience is a bonus but not essential. B2C experience and working as part of an embedded (in-house) team, is essential.
The bank is actively embedding AI into design workflows – including building internal tools to handle repetitive tasks like reviewing component-level work for design system alignment and accessibility compliance. This will allow you to focus on higher-value design and leadership contributions.
You’ll report to the Head of Design whilst part of an established design team. You’ll also line manage 1-2 other designers yourself.

- Confident setting design principles and elevating design maturity.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled design processes.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high quality UI/visual craft as well as process.
- Some experience managing 1-2 other designers.
